Returns



1. Return Window: Starts Upon Receipt

Your 14-day return period begins the day you receive your order, not when you initiate the return. To be eligible for a refund, we must receive the returned items within 14 days of delivery.

 

2. Return Shipping Is the Customer’s Responsibility

Please note that any delays during return transit are not our responsibility—you’re liable if the package doesn’t arrive on time. Refunds will be processed once we receive the return, within the 14-day eligibility window.

 

3. Use Reliable, Trackable Courier Services Only

We strongly advise against using regular postal services (e.g., national mail), as they can be unreliable. We cannot retrieve packages from postal offices, so we won’t accept returns sent via standard post. Always send returns directly to our address using a registered, trackable courier.

 

4. Return Conditions

  • Timeframes

Within 14 days of receipt: eligible for refund

Returned between days 15–30: eligible for store credit (gift card only).

After 30 days: not eligible for refund or credit.

  • Item Requirements

Must be unworn with all original tags and packaging intact (except “Final Sale” items,which are only returnable if faulty).

 

  • Shipping Costs and Duties

You are responsible for all shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees paid at original delivery are non-refundable and remain your responsibility.

  • Final Sale & Store Credit Items

Items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable unless faulty—then they’ll be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

Items purchased using gift cards or store credit are not eligible for return.

 

5. Return Process Overview

  1. Visit our returns portal and complete the form (submit your order number and contact details).
  2. Receive an email with the approval to your return request.
  3. Ship your items back to our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding your refund, exchange, or store credit.

 

6. Inspection and Rejection

We inspect all returns to ensure they're in sellable condition. Returns that appear worn, damaged, or otherwise non-compliant with our policy will be rejected and sent back to you.

 

7. Return Abuse

To prevent misuse (e.g., frequent returns, “try-on-and-send-back”, or abuse of financing facilities), we reserve the right to limit returns or refuse requests when patterns of abuse are detected.
